The Gift of Equilibrium~
This Friday, March 20th, 2026, at 10:46 AM Eastern Time, we arrive at the threshold of the spring equinox. The older I become, the more I fall in love with Spring. At each equinox, time stands still. The dark and illuminated hours in perfect balance. Spring equinox offers stillness, equilibrium before the wild increase of the season. A perfect time to pause, feel that equilibrium within ourselves, notice what is stirring in the underground of our bodies, what feels out of alignment, and set an intention for becoming after the long incubation of winter.
What in you is ready to be become, to be brought into harmony?
On this equinox, I write to introduce 6 new with/in flower essences. I've been working in ceremony with these plants for many years, synergizing what I've come to understand through our work together, and I'm so pleased that the essences are finally ready to share with you.

Below, I share the face of each flower (instead of a photo of the bottled essence) so that you can get to know these beings flower by flower. Maybe your body will feel a pull to one's color, curve, or luminosity. If so, that just might be the essence for you at this time. The companion you need during this season of becoming.

Wild Geranium, I am harmonized~
Wild Geranium's flower essence rings like a tuning fork within the body harmonizing one's thoughts, heart, and nervous system. Overwhelm softens. Swarming thoughts begin to streamline. Shame and doubt recede. Depression lightens. The body becomes a calmer channel through which the way forward suddenly seems quietly illuminated and possible.
Lady's Slipper, for Self-Actualization~
This is an essence for those who feel they have been in the process of becoming. For those who, after a long incubation, feel ready to welcome the next step and embrace self-actualization. Pink Lady’s Slipper essence brings clarity and courage where before there was disintegration and stagnation, helping us manifest a life where our inner and outer worlds are in greater symbiotic alignment.
Ghost Pipe, a companion for depths & descent~
Ghost Pipe flower essence helps us honor the difficult questions we must bear on our path through transformation. Motherwort, the milk of the motherline~
Motherwort essence helps us feel nourished, safe, and tapped into the matrix of the infinite, to source. An ally for those whose worry manifests as a racing heart accompanied by tension or bracing in the heart-field and lungs. Linden is a sacred heart-medicine that nourishes the relationship between the fields of our heart, lungs, and mind. Linden brings these body centers into serene resonance. Linden helps us soften, calming high-pitched anxiety and emotional turmoil, and is a beautiful companion for those who hold tension or vibratory fear in the heart and mind.
